I think this was an amazing ad and I’m really disappointed that it’s been taken down. Being from and having lived in Toronto for 27 years I know that Torontonians are nothing close to cold, they are some of the greatest, nicest, warmest people I’ve ever met. But I also know that the rest of the country sees Torontonians otherwise, it’s the Torontonian handle to “Be the center of the universe” and be cold and hard doing it. It’s just untrue.

Why I am disapointed is beceause this was the perfect opportunity for the Toronto branch of Coors to laugh it off and take a shot back, have some fun with it and then for other cities to follow. Pin Edminton on Calgary and vice-versa, Regina against Winnipeg, the entire country against the Maritimes or Quebec….HA sorry. It was an opportunity to poke fun at ourselves and have some fun doing it and we totally missed it.
