Roxy is excited to announce the addition of a Roxy Ride Day at Blue Mountain on March 20th, 2010. The Roxy Ride Day is chance for girls to spend a day on snow, learn tricks in a fun environment and meet new friends.
Roxy team rider, Robin Van Gyn, will be on hand to hang out with participants, give away prizes and demo the latest snowboards from Roxy. Everyone will receive a gift bag full of prizes from Roxy and Clean Start just for showing up. The day will end with a fun Best Trick Jam with $250 cash up for grabs.

Kid Cudi has redeemed himself with the second version of his “Pursuit Of Happiness” video. Thankfully the first version has now been pulled. The previous version of this video that featured the Drake and Cudi at a bar popping bottles and sucked. I wrote about HERE. The new video fits the song to a T and is pretty amazing. The Rugged Riders ‘Kinky Rail Jam’ 2010 series presented by NIKITA and Sentury Snowboards kicked off on January 23rd at Stoneham Mountain during the Snowboard Jamboree.
Female riders of all ages and abilities (nearly 50 riders, to be exact!) enjoyed the freshly groomed course, custom setup, pumping music, TAFFY PULL, Nikita rider’s lounge, free clinic, game of K.I.N.K.Y, and the chance to watch Quebec’s best female riders battle for cash prizes and an all-inclusive trip to the Kinky Rail Jam finals at Edelweiss Valley.
That’s right ya’ll! Yuh-all… You guys! As you all know TheNewNew has it’s classic “Photo of the Week” section going but what you may not know, until now, is that a new section is coming along starting TODAY. “Photo of the Week” got lonely and needed some friends, so we have decided to create the new “Artwork of the Week” section as well to keep it company! This section gives way to snow/skate inspired artwork, so if yours draws from any of the aforementioned lifestyles drop a line to info@thenewnew.ca to get some submissions rolling! This unfortunately is the final Bro-Sesh of the season, Bro-Sesh 2.8 and as always it looked to be a hell of a good time. It’s always sad when a season starts coming to an end but like all of good things, they can’t last forever and we can say fairly certainly that with the interest from this season there will more than likely be a season 3 which we can’t wait for.

IntheCUTTS has been making it’s rounds and popping up all over the web lately. Their latest episode features the top notch graphic designer and signature clothing line creator Benny Gold . I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again if you don’t know who he is, check him out. He’s living the designers dream with his own signature clothing line as well as designing collabs and logos for some of the most credible companies around.
Sooo, what you do now is check out the video… it’s pretty rad. Then go check out Benny Gold. It’s available in Canada at Livestock and then go check out IntheCUTTS because they have a bunch of other really great videos including a trip to The Hundreds, Girl Skateboards and a bunch of others.
